Do you wish you had more energy, more focus, more drive, more balance, more vitality? Come and explore the many ways we can bring more POWER to ourselves and our lives. Through engaging experiential exercises, games and movement, we will learn about the POWER of the positive mind, yoga, meditation, and vibrant RAW healthy foods! Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring an open mind to class. Oh, and bring an appetite to class as well. Yum! Sampling will be encouraged.
